Troubleshooting

Start here when something does not behave as expected after enabling a module.

  1. Confirm the module toggle is on under WP PowerSuite -> Modules.
  2. Hard-refresh the admin or front end (and clear page cache).
  3. Open that module’s settings and save once.
  4. Temporarily disable another plugin that does the same job.
  5. Follow the module guide’s How to test it checklist.
  • Activate a valid license under WP PowerSuite -> License.
  • Confirm the license is for this site URL.
  • See License activation.

If Change Login URL is on and you forgot the slug:

  1. Access the site via SFTP/SSH or your host file manager.
  2. Disable the module by renaming the plugin folder temporarily, or adjust the stored option / use WP-CLI if you have it.
  3. Log in at wp-login.php, then re-enable carefully and bookmark the new URL.

PowerSuite modules can overlap with security, SMTP, SEO, or optimization plugins. Prefer one tool per job. Disable the overlapping third-party feature or the PowerSuite module - not both fighting.

  • Check the specific module guide’s Troubleshooting section.
  • Reproduce on staging with only PowerSuite active.
  • Collect the module name, WordPress/PHP versions, and exact steps that fail before contacting support.
